I somewhat agree with this.

Though I don’t condone leaking her songs onto the internet, I also don’t condone sharing them secretly and not letting anyone else listen to them.

I remember when I first learned about her songs. I was a huge Taylor fan (still am) and it killed me that they were these people who had all these songs that I had never heard of hers, and they wouldn’t even let me listen to them. They just kept telling me things like, “you’ve got to earn it.” I found that very rude.

So when I learned how to find the songs myself, I decided that I was going to be different than these people. If a Swiftie came to me and asked me to send them some songs, I would do it. Without them sending me anything back. Because that’s the nice and kind thing to do. And I honestly don’t think Taylor would mind letting other fans listen to her unreleased songs. I think she would want us to share them. I mean, I’m not saying leak them onto youtube or anything. But why can’t we share them between each other without being rude about it?

Make ALL the things available to EVERYONE who wants them.

That’s how fandom should be.
