This blog doubles as an Alison Krauss' boobs appreciation blog because for some reason, when you do a Google search for Alison's boobs, my blog is generally the first relevant result. I don't know how this happened, but I will accept it, because if people are gonna be googling her boobs, better they find the blog of a heterosexual fangirl than that of some skeezy old man. (For the record, I also co-moderate Fuck Yeah Alison Krauss.)

Don’t let the media have you fooled. This is what really happened to the protesters property after the OWS raid last week.
The NYPD smashed/broke laptops, camera’s, tents, all electronics, bikes, etc. and took $5,000 of cash from a man’s backpack. That was all the money he had left to get by.
The cops are now facing legal charges for violating their own rules and not giving protesters receipts for materials “confiscated”.

I’ve been keeping a mental tally based on how past civil rights cases have been settled in New York, and the NYPD has already exposed the city to tens of millions of dollars of civil liability. The fact such liability is the price Mayor Bloomberg is willing to pay to crush the Occupy movement should give you an idea just how threatened the power elites are by what’s been going on the past two months.
